What type of hair is it ?

• 100% virgin hair , with good maintenance the hair will last 2-3 years 

What is the maintenance on the hair ?

• Use shampoo and conditioner that will not strip the hair from its natural state.
• use lukewarm water to keep the hair moisture and shine.
  
• When combing out your hair start from the bottom and work your way up.

How many bundles would I need?

          -12-18 inches2-3 bundles with a frontal or closure 

            20-26 inches 4 bundles with a frontal or closure 

            28-40 inches 5-6 bundles with a frontal or closure 

What is the process and shipping time 

        -2- 5 business days excluding sundays 

Does the hair have a smell or shedding 

• Some bundles or wigs may have a slight smell of the factory but not chemicals. Hair shedding is minimal but that is to be expected with human hair. 

Payment methods 

• We accept different forms of payment methods including payment installment plans such as klarna and sezzle. 

Return policy

• You have 3 days after purchase to request an exchange or refund. Hair has to be returned and not used as well. Photos/ videos of the product will be requested.  After hair is received & examanited  refund or exchange would be permitted.
